After keynoting hundreds of times on four continents over the past 35 years, I’ve refocused my latest work on facilitating workshops with clear objectives and follow-on actions attached to them.

Most people I meet in companies know what they want to do, and they possess the creativity and skills to accomplish it. What’s often lacking, however, are the internal alignment, buy-in, and action plans to get the work done. The true power of collaboration doesn’t just emerge automatically from a digital tool, and many teams end up functioning more like committees…burdened with the real and perceived requirements of systems that talk about innovation and change, but seem to impede or even punish it. So I’ve developed (with the smart people at Arcadia Communications Lab) a methodology to help teams embrace their ideas, explore their potential, and apply their talents to making them real.
